It’s one thing to burn ALOT of calories, but it has way more meaning when you can do it in less time!

Do you want to learn how to burn major calories in less time?
Can’t we all just make excercising easier? Wouldn’t that just make
Life easier? We can and we will because we are the motivated
group. We will accomplish what we want in our weight loss
Like everything else. Okay, gather around. Sit down, stand
around, whatever,just listen.

Okay, are you all wondering why your exercise routine is so
boring? You are probably not doing boxing if it is! No I’m just
kidding, even boxing can get routine, to me especially! So in
order to be our best at exercise we should be having fun
and challenging ourselves. Let’s exercise more and harder.

People, we are going through levels. The first tip to burn
more calories in less time:

Resistance- Get more muscle now! Or later! How fast do you
Want your top of the notch body? Building muscle is the
Greatest way to burn more calories and get rid of the
Annoying fat, and boost the metabolism all day long.
( Did ya’ll know this? The post exercise afterburn from
cardio boosts the metabolism as well. But the effect is
short like dotting I’s) Include weights in your workouts
and you will give yourself a more youthful, slim, shapely
physique. Excited? Began with a set of 3,5 and 8 pound
dumbbells. As you get more strength, maximize your
results by using weights that bring on more pressure.

4- Limb Excercises- Bring an upper body sculpting exercise
with a lower body sculpting exercise. This will save time and
get rid of those calories. Take them both out like a person
tipping one domino to fall over on the rest. The corkscrew is
a good type of example. “This power moves, tightens the hips
and thighs, strengthens the core and firms the chest, shoulders
and back but at the same time keep your heart rate strong.

Muscle confusion-In order to prevent plateaus and see more
and more results faster, switch between light-weight
moderate intensity worksouts and heavy-weight, high
intensity workouts. The light weight workout takes out
tons of calories like a bowling ball knocking out all the pins.
The heavy weight workout builds that muscle that will burn
calories even when you are not moving. This will give you
faster, more improved results. High Impact moves are not
required to boost intensity, because low impact has the
same effect if you keep your feet moving while doing
Overhead arm movements with dumbbells.

Light resistance-You can up your calorie burning potential into a
Cardio burning workout by slowing down standing cardio
moves andadding basic arm movements while holding
the dumbbells. The FIRM Master Instructor Alison Davis-
Mclain says “By moving both your upper and lower body
together, and adding assistance, you really boost your heart
rate an burn more fat and calories without adding more time
to your workout.

Interval Training- Avoid fat conserving mode by NOT
doing a steady intensity level in your workout. Do interval
workouts instead! Go up in your intensity level every few
minutes. You will even burn calories when your workout is
complete. If all you do is walk, put some run in there. IF you
do a lot of running, toss in some sprints and lunge-walking
bursts (Whatever that is) IF you do aerobics,change up your
sequences with plyometric jumps and slower muscle-toning
moves.

So yes, don’t ever let your exercise become the same
old thing. I constantly buy new taebo tapes. I enjoy excercising
to tapes. I will try multiple excercising tapes, especially taebo,
during my lifetime. I’m up for the challenge and then once I
try it I’ll be ready to talk about the next exercise routine and
what results I’m seeing. One day I will try all those I listed
